Ways to Pay

Please note, as of November 1, 2025, your account number has changed. Your new account number will appear on your Frontier Natural Gas bills generated on or after November 1, 2025. Please update your account number when you pay using online systems.

Online

Starting on January 2, 2024, the new Hope Gas My Account system will be available for online payments.
Paying your bill online is easy, fast and free when you use echeck! Credit card payments are also accepted. Please see below for details.

Access My Account and make a payment.

Login using your username and password from the Manage Your Account (MYA) system. You will be prompted to change your password when logging in to the new My Account system for the first time.

Autopay

Sit back, relax, and let AutoPay do to work! AutoPay is a free way to ensure payments are made on time for both residential and business accounts. To get started, sign in to your My Account. Don’t have an account? Register today! The exact amount of the bill will be withdrawn from your checking/savings account 10-21 days after the bill date. You choose the days for your convenience! The days can be changed if needed.

After enrolling for AutoPay, check your bill for indications of AutoPay enrollment including the AutoPay date and amount. If this is not shown, please continue to pay your bill through another method until established.

Card/Digital Payment

Looking to pay with card or digital payment? You can make a one-time card or digital payment through our third-party vendor, Paymentus, by calling 833-425-1817. This service is available in English and Spanish. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards, debit cards, digital payment (such as PayPal or Amazon Pay), checking account, or savings account. Transaction fees apply as follows:

  • If you have a residential account, there will be a $1.65 fee per transaction. You can pay up to $1,000 per transaction.
  • If you have a non-residential account, there will be a $14.95 fee per transaction. You can pay up to $15,000 per transaction.
  • If a payment is made Monday-Friday BEFORE 4:00 PM EST, your payment will post the next business morning.
  • If a payment is made Monday-Friday AFTER 4:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays, your payment will post the next business day

Payment Disclaimer

If you choose an unauthorized vendor to pay, Frontier Natural Gas would like to make you aware that:

  • Frontier Natural Gas is not responsible for payment vendor’s accuracy or time frame when delivering and recording the payment
  • There is no guaranteed timeline for these payments to post. Generally, these processes can take up to five (5) business days or more

Walk-In Payment Update

Please note that walk-in payments at shop locations are no longer available. In-person payment centers will be made available in the future, and updates will be posted on our website as they become available.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

If you’re ever in a situation where you’re struggling to pay your bill, call us at 336-526-2690 as soon as you think you need help. We can work with you to avoid an unexpected service interruption.

If you agree to a payment arrangement for your past due account balance, we will waive the late payment fees provided that you abide by the terms of the payment arrangement. To take advantage of this opportunity, please contact us.

LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) helps qualified homeowners and renters pay for heating costs.

The amount of help you may receive from HEAP is based on your household size, income, and energy costs. For more general information on the program visit their program page or your local Department of Social Services office.
